On or about January 8, 2024 employees engaged in commercial manufacturing activities, located at 6336 John J. Pershing Drive, Omaha, NE 68110, were exposed to potential electrical hazards in that employees were using powered industrial truck charges that were not protected from damage.

29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1):One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: On or about January 8, 2024, employees engaged in commercial manufacturing activities, located at 6336 John J. Pershing Drive, Omaha, NE 68110, were exposed to amputation hazards in that employees were using unguarded machinery. Instances include but are not limited to: i. Signode Engineered Products, Model Number: LDX2300, Serial Number: PTX2205 (System of conveyor belts).
