29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines, whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:       In the northeast section of the Stainless Steel section of the facility, on the 90 ton Pacific Hydraulic Press Brake, employees were exposed to point of operation hazards:   a.    Both ends of the press brake were not guarded by methods such as, but not limited to physical barriers or light curtains.   b.    The rear of the machine was open due to the lack of guarding such as but not limited to a barrier chain.
