(b) Site Number 5 Shipping Department - The Linde T20 pallet truck had the cover removed from the battery compartment,  on or about March 17, 2016.  (c) Site Number 5 - Tires on the Linde pallet trucks were not replaced when the tires became worn, on or about March 17, 2016.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
