29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On March 30, 2016, employees performing roofing work were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 22 feet. Anselmo Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898254, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed final order on June 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 515 Belle Ct., Phoenix, IL 60426. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
