29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):    On or about August 11, 2016 at the above addressed jobsite, an employee performing residential roofing work, over 25 feet above the ground was not protected from falling, thereby exposing an employee to fall hazards.     Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).    Anselmo Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 898254 citation number 2 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 19, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 515 Belle Court, Phoenix, IL 60426.     Anselmo Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1136258 citation number 1 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on June 1, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1168 Wenonah Ave., Oak Park, IL 60304.
