29 CFR 1910.269(a)(3)(i)(C): Before work begins, the host employer did not inform contract employers the information about the design and operation of the host employer's installation that the contract employer needs to make the assessment required by this section: a) The employer did not provide the contractor who was performing a pulverizer rebuild on the 4-C pulverizer the necessary information to properly assess the hazards in the space to determine that the burner line needed to be isolated or cleaned out prior to entry.
