29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(ii): When mechanical equipment was being used, the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8 m) from the roof edge which is parallel to the direction of mechanical equipment operation, and at least 10 feet (3.1 m) from the roof edge which is perpendicular to the direction of mechanical equipment operation: a) Victaulic, North side of roof over foundry - On or about April 6, 2016, warning lines were erected less than 10 feet from the edge perpendicular to the direction of travel of employees using gas powered carts while conducting roofing work.
