29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during the operating cycle(s): a) Rack Making Area- On or about April 2, 2016, the employer did not ensure that the guard was properly designed or adjusted to cover all unused portions of the Wilton vertical bandsaw blade, including the exposed toothed edge on the side of the blade. b) Rack Making Area- On or about May 18, 2016, the employer did not ensure that all unused portions of the chop saw were properly guarded, including the exposed toothed edge of the blade near the operator handle.
