At 113 Comanche Road, Fort Meade, South Dakota in the Food and Nutrition Area: On or about May 6, 2016, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to noise levels of 97.6 decibels on an A scale (dBA) while performing tile cutting operations with a Husqvarna K3000 portable chop saw. The employee was  sampled for 240 minutes being exposed to a dose of 143%. Per Table D-2 of 29 CFR part 1926.52, an employee may be exposed to 95 dBA during a 4 hour period.
