29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Roof: On or about April 13, 2016, the employer did not ensure a fall protection method was used while walking and working on the two side of the steep roof which exposed employees to falls up to 21-feet to the ground below.
