29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person: (a) On or about April 14, 2016, Brookline Builders, LLC., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite so as to ensure employees of a subcontractor, who were required to engage in framing/roofing operations, were appropriately protected from exposure to fall hazards. Employees were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 30 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification and documentation are required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet"). Brookline Builders, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 941798, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2845 - 2839 W. 52nd Ave. Denver, CO 80221.
