29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person: On or about April 15, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, the employer did not adequately maintain a program of frequent and regular inspections by a competent person to protect employees against fall hazards posed by guardrail removal and inadequate guardrail installation. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately thirty-three (33) feet. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).

Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately thirty-three (33) feet. There is no abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
