Metco Industries Inc. - On or about, 4/22/16, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not develop and implement written die setting procedures for the set-up of the powdered metal presses and sizing presses.   Presses included, but were not limited to, Gasbarre Press M35, 400 ton press.  Employees perform set up and die changes on the presses.
