29 CFR 1910.95(b)(1): When employees were subjected to sound exceeding those listed in Table G-16, feasible administrative or engineering controls were not utilized: a) Ross Aluminum Castings, LLC located in Sidney, Ohio; On or about May 10, 2016 the employer did not implement adequate engineering and/or administrative controls to control employees' exposure to occupational noise. An Employee working in the knockout area was overexposed to noise at an 8 hour time weighted average of 102.8 which exceeded the OSHA permissible exposure limit of 90 dbs.
