29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): Safety and health programs did not provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers: a) jobsite, 1712 W. 38th Street in Erie, PA. On or about April 29, 2016, and times prior thereto, frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, materials and equipment were not conducted by the competent person as evidenced by employees, performing roof-work, who were not utilizing fall protection while exposed to a 10-foot fall.
