29 CFR 1910.106(d)(2)(i): Approved container(s) or portable tank(s) were not used for the storage of flammable or combustible liquids: (a) Road Maintenance Shop, Bldg. 162: On or about May 3, 2016, gasoline was stored in an unapproved propylene container. The standard specification of this container (ANSI/ASTM F852) was not a recognized test standard under OSHA's Nationally Recognized Testing Laboratory (NRTL) Program.

29 CFR 1910.159(c)(2): The employer did not properly maintain the installed automatic sprinkler system: (a) Road Maintenance Shop, Bldg. 162: On or about May 3, 2016, the fire sprinkler system was last inspected August 2003. A main drain flow test was not performed annually and the inspector's test valve was not opened at least every two years to assure that the sprinkler system operates properly.
