29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8): The employer did not ensure that portable containers into which hazardous chemicals were transferred from labeled containers and which were not intended for the immediate use of the person doing the transfer, were properly labeled. a) Chemical Cage: Gray buckets of oxine and LC24 would be left for the next shift and the buckets did not contain proper labels, on or about May 12, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: a) Chemical Cage: Employees obtaining and mixing chemicals were not provided methods and observations that could be used to detect the presence or release of hazardous chemicals, on or about May 12, 2016. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
