29 CFR  1910.119(d)(3)(ii):The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices.  a) 176 N Commerce Way, Bethlehem, PA 18107, rooftop, piping near Condenser EC3: On or about June 26, 2025, the employer did not comply with their recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices IIAR 2-2014 section 5.14.5 in that a length of HSD ammonia piping connected to EC3 was not labeled with information of what state of ammonia was contained within, potentially resulting in inefficient or under-informed emergency response or maintenance.  b)  176 N Commerce Way, Bethlehem, PA 18107, machinery room, king valve: On or about May 1, 2025, the employer did not comply with their recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices when valve RLSV101, identified  as "King Valve Main Shut off," is not manually operable, which could hinder the prompt emergency shutoff of the system in critical situations.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
