29 CFR 1910.219(e)(1)(i): Horizontal belts which had both runs 42 inches or less from the floor level were not fully enclosed by guards conforming to requirements specified in 29 CFR 1910.219(m) and (o): On or about 12 May 2016 in the ground meat department the employer did not adequately guard the belts at the exit end of the box sealer while the machine was being used to move 20 pound boxes of ground meat to the scale. Employees were exposed to a amputation and/or a pinch-point hazard.
