Champion Carrier Corporation, 2755 Kirila Blvd. Hermitage, PA 16148, East wall spray booth areas, on or about May 13th, 2016, and times prior thereto:  Employees were potentially exposed to a fire hazard in that, portions of the exhaust ducting associated with a spray booth onsite was not constructed of steel.  The exhaust ducting that was being utilized onsite was a polyethylene (8MIL) polywrap material. In addition, the exhaust was supported by ropes and bungee cords that did not substantially and securely support the ventilation duct.
