29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Every floor, working place, and passageway was not kept free from protruding nails, splinters, holes, or loose boards:    a) Dip tank area - On or about 5/20/16, the elevated walkways around the dip tanks were in disrepair exposing employees to a tripping/slipping hazard.  Metal grates and wooden planks have been placed over the original flooring in an attempt to cover over previous deterioration.  These materials were also deteriorated creating an unsafe walking surface.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
