29 CFR 1910.28(b)(6)(i): The employer did not ensure each employee less than 4 feet (1.2 m) above dangerous equipment was protected from falling into or onto the dangerous equipment by a guardrail system or a travel restraint system, unless the equipment is covered or guarded to eliminate the hazard.    a) Production area:  On or about and prior to 2/09/2017, employees were exposed to a fall hazard from a walkway adjacent to metal open-face pickling tanks containing corrosive bath solutions.  Tank sides were <39" above the walking platform surface.
