29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Site - On or about 05/20/16the employer instructed an employee to sheath the 8:12 sloped roof with 4 x 12 ft. panels in the back of the house. The worker was not protected by  fall arrest equipment and was exposed to falls from a 32 ft. elevation to ground level outside the house.    b) Site -On or about 05/20/16 and at times prior thereto the employer instructed employees to dump debris from a window in the front of the house, and the employer did not guard openings in walls and adjacent floors (uncovered joists). Employees were exposed to 12 ft. falls onto the concrete slab inside the house.       Alejandro Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954427, citation number 1, item number 2, issued on 01/23/2014 and affirmed as a final order on  01/31/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 633 Green Crest Lane, Milton, GA 30004.     Alejandro Rodriguez was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1070094, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 06/30/2015 and affirmed as a final order on  07/14/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 612 Madison Park Drive, Grayson, GA 30017.     In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
