29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, could have come closer than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6). On or about May 24,2016, an employee was working on a personnel platform on an all terrain forklift, utilized as a scaffold. The employer allowed the platform to be within 3 feet from an electrical line having a voltage of 300v or less. The employee was exposed to electrical shock hazards.
