29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about March 17, 2017 the employer did not ensure that employees were provided with and/or required to use fall protection while working from elevation. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards above 6 feet. Weeks Roofing Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1101298, citation number 01, item number 001A and was affirmed as a final order on December 04, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 991 Vereda Del Valle, El Paso, TX 79932.
