29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not used when necessary whenever hazards capable of causing injury and impairment were encountered: (a) On about 5/10/2016 - Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), Parking Lot 7, employees involved in the set-up of manufactured homes for the Clayton Birmingham Home Show were exposed to falls from heights between approximately 11 feet and approximately 19 feet while on the roofs of manufactured homes. (b) On about 5/20/2016 - Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex (BJCC), Parking Lot 7, employees involved in the teardown of manufactured homes for the Clayton Birmingham Home Show were exposed to falls from heights between approximately 11 feet and approximately 19 feet while on the roofs of manufactured homes.
