29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines, whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: a) On or about June 6, 2016, in the east section of the facility in the Bulk Pasta Department, Pasta Press #4, on both the left and right cutters, the point of operation rotating knife section was not guarded. The Gilster-Mary Lee Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 959973, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 705 North Sparta Street, Steeleville IL 62288.
