29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about June 11, 2016, Solid Framing, Inc., as the controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Belisario Construction, LLC. a subcontractor engaged in residential construction activities were protected from fall hazards. Solid Framing, Inc. did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment. Employees of Belisario Construction, LLC. were exposed to fall hazards of up to 22 feet, while engaged in residential framing activities without the benefit of fall protection equipment. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
