On or about December 14, 2024, and at times prior, Solid Framing, Inc. as a controlling employer, did not initiate and maintain programs which provided frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials, and equipment by a competent person, exposing subcontractor employees to jobsite hazards, including but not limited to, fall hazards of approximately 9 feet above the lower level while performing framing operations without the use of fall protection or personal fall arrest system.
