Employees engaged in residential construction entered and egressed the construction site while having to walk near a breaker box with unprotected live parts 4ft. from the ground. The breaker box and its live parts were not provided a cover for employee protection; there-by exposing employees to electrocution or electric shock hazards. CSHO observed violation on or about 6/03/2016.
