29 CFR 1910.147(d)(5)(ii): Where there was a possibility of re-accumulation of stored energy to a hazardous level, verification of isolation was not continued until the servicing or maintenance was completed, or until the possibility of such accumulation:    a) #3 Amp Die Casting - Employees changing the tip on the shot rod were exposed to stored energy from not ensuring the auto ladle retractor arm was not disabled, on or about April 19th, 2016.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.
