29 CFR 1910.178(m)(3): Where riding of trucks was authorized a safe place to ride was not provided: a) On or about June 28, 2016, at the above located workplace, employees were allowed to ride on the side of a of a chassis racker (a specialized industrial truck). The employer did not provide the employees a safe place to ride. The employees was thereby exposed to struck-by and caught between hazards.
