Employees are exposed to rotating parts.  c) On or before 7/1/2016, Draw Machine Area:  The Vaughn Bull Block draw machine was operated without proper guarding.  Employees exposed to rotating parts and nip points.  d) On or before 7/1/2016, Extruder Area:  A metal cutting alligator shear was operated without a properly adjusted guard and at times with no guard.  Employees exposed to shear points.    Abatement documentation is required for these items.   Tecnofil Chenango, SAC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.212(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1086093, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/7/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 40 South Main Street, Sherburne, NY.
