29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s). Employees engaged in painting activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that the employer did not maintain and ensure accessible safety data sheets for such items as but not limited to the ALK-200M Acrylic Modified Alkyd Enamel.
