On or about Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 38-15 39th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101 Employees sanitizing/cleaning a newly installed 2" underground water pipe using a bleach based cleaning solution were exposed to chemical splash hazards as a result of the employer failing to develop and implement procedures for performing this task. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
