29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a)  On or about 08-16-16 at Hwy 54 and 110 St. in Plover, the employer did not provide safety guards for the Specialty Line screw assembly augers.  Employees working at the food packaging station had their hands within 12 in. and/or against rotating augers.    b)  On or about 08-16-16 at Hwy 54 and 110 St. in Plover, employer did not provide adequate guarding for the Specialty Line automated pusher arm.  An employee was working within two (2) ft. of the sliding pusher arm pinch point.    c)  On or about 08-16-16 at Hwy 54 and 110 St. in Plover, employer did not provide an adequate barrier guard for the moving parts in the Specialty Line Taper.  Employees were able to reach through a 17 in. x 10 in. hole in the Taper guard.
