Employees performing framing operations at elevations of 6 feet or more above lower levels are not being protected from a 9 feet fall hazard by the use of a fall protection system. The employer fails to assure effective protection against falls as required by the standard, as demonstrated on August 13, 2016, when employees performing framing operations, at 301 Johnson Bayou, Lot 80, Panama City Beach, FL 32413, were exposed to a 9 feet fall hazard above the ground in that they did not have a fall protection system installed.
