29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a. On or about August 22, 2016 one employee is framing the 7:12 pitch steep slope wood truss system above the front entry of a two story residential dwelling and is not protected with a fall protection harness, safety net or guardrail system exposing him to a fall in excess of 18 feet to the ground below.     b. On or about August 22, 2016 two employees traversing throughout the second floor of the project at the balcony by the front foyer, are exposed to a fall in excess of 10 feet to the concrete below because the walkway balcony does not have a guardrail or safety net, and the employees are not wearing a personal fall protection harness.     AJ New Construction & Repair, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1007334, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 26, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 3805 Valverde Circle, Lot #7, Jacksonville, FL 32209.
