29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: a) Maple Donuts, Inc. / 10307 Hall Ave., Lake City, PA: On or about August 19, 2016, and times prior thereto: sanitation employees did not receive hazard communication training prior to being assigned to their work area. Sanitation employees work with or near chemicals that include, but are not limited to acetic acid, formula one component A and sodium hydroxide.
