29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) 27 Lily Pond Ct., Howell, NJ: On or about August 26, 2016, Ordonez Brothers Construction employees were performing framing work on a residential structure. Two employees were using the first story wall top plates as their walking working surface and were not using any form of fall protection. The employees were exposed to fall hazards of 12 feet or greater.
