29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) Worksite was located at 5 Old Eagle Road, Freehold, NJ 07728 Three workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground as they were constructing a new home and were not using fall protection while working on the roof area. Violations were observed on or about November 30, 2021.
