29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Lot 116, 25 Mallard Court, Howell NJ: A company employee (not using fall protection) was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 15 feet to the ground surface below, when receiving sheathing from an all terrain fork truck while standing on a job built platform set on the pitched roof of a residential structure. Condition observed on or about 06/25/18. Ordonez Brothers Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1173471, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/18/16, with respect to a workplace located at 27 Lily Pond Court, Howell NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
