The MK Construction Group, Inc., was previously cited repeat for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985298 citation number 1 item 1, and were affirmed as a final order on the following dates August 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2142 Brookside Ln., Aurora, IL.     The MK Construction Group, Inc.,  was previously cited repeat for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 942608, citation number 2, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 13525 W. Choctaw Trail, Homer Glen, IL.     The MK Construction Group, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 925284, citation number 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 31,2013, with respect to a workplace located at 4821 106th St., Oak Lawn, IL.
