29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about March 15, 2018, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential roofing operations on a steep sloped roof from heights ranging from nine (9) feet nine (9) inches to eighteen (18) feet seven (7) inches above the ground, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. The MK Construction Group, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1174200, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 20, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 40 Houbolt Rd., Joliet, IL, 60431. The MK Construction Group, Inc., was previously cited repeat for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 985298 citation number 1 item 1, and were affirmed as a final order on the following dates August 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2142 Brookside Ln., Aurora, IL.
