The roof had a 18 in 12 pitch and a 12 in 12 pitch with eave heights of approximately 26 feet. There was no fall protection in use.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED  Buffalo Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 919589, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/29/13, with respect to a workplace located at 76 Humboldt Parkway, Buffalo, New York.
