29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about 6/13/17 at a roof replacement project located at 86 Cranwood Lane, Orchard Park New York; employees working on the roof were placing shingles on the roof of a two story house. The roof had a 6 in 12 pitch and an eave heights of approximately 20 feet. There was no fall protection in use.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED    Buffalo Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1174815, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/16, with respect to a workplace located at 47 Main Street, Silver Creek, New York.    Buffalo Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 919589, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/29/13, with respect to a workplace located at 76 Humboldt Parkway, Buffalo, New York.
