On or about 8/31/2016, employees at New Florence Wood Products Company were operating powered industrial trucks in need of repair.  The following forklifts were unsafe, on site and not removed from service until restored to safe operating condition:  a)    Nissan Forklift; the LPG tank hold down strap was broken and the indexing/locator pin was missing. The operators rollover cage was wrapped  in shrink wrap, which impaired the operators vision.  b)    Komatsu Forklift, Model FD100-4, did not have an operable horn.
