On or about 12/7/2016, employees at New Florence Wood Products Company were operating a Volvo Loader, model L120E, in need of repair.  The Volvo loader had been used with fork attachments while the parking brake had been bypassed for several weeks prior to the inspection.    New Florence Wood Products Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1175017, citation number 1, item number 2, group (a) issued on 10/03/2016, and was affirmed as a final order on 10/20/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 49 Stave Mill Rd., New Florence, MO 63363.
