29 CFR 1910.213(d)(1): Each circular crosscut table was not guarded by a hood which met all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws. On or about 2/11/2019, New Florence Wood Products Co. failed to ensure that each cut-off table saw was guarded by a hood which met all the requirements of paragraph (c)(1) of this section for hoods for circular ripsaws. The guards failed to completely enclose the portion of the saw above the table and that portion of the saw above the material being cut. The following cut-off table saws were not correctly guarded: a) Whirlwind Semi-Automatic Cut-Off Saw, Model 212, No serial number b) Crosscut Solutions Inc. Cut-Off Saw, Model CS18, No Serial number
