ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQURIED

29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii): The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilivered end. (a) On or about 09/01/16 at the CVS pharmacy under construction at Collegetown, located on 1431 Mt Hope Avenue in Rochester, New York, employees were exposed unsupported scaffold planks. Scaffold planks measured greater than 10 feet and extended 28 inches beyond its support. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
